How I can help
Hi, I'm Bea, a warm and effective therapist offering a compassionate space where you can talk without fear of judgement. I can help you to overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, and relationship problems, so that you can feel calmer, more confident and able to find greater joy in life.

As a humanistic therapist I'm trained to use different approaches and tools based on your needs. Together we can work on developing coping strategies and find new ways to move forward.

Prior to becoming a counsellor I worked in publishing for over 20 years across digital and print media. The experience of managing large teams gave me insight into how individuals interact and the patterns that emerge among groups. Throughout my publishing career I wrote many interviews and profiles of people, trying to understand the significance of their life stories, and this continues in my counselling work today.

How it works
Want to give therapy a try? This is how we might work together
Enquiry
I am happy to talk through questions and offer a free 15 minute call or zoom. If you want to proceed we can arrange a full session.
Initial session
This first session gives you the chance to explain your situation and see how you feel in therapy. There is no pressure to start regular sessions beyond this point.
Continuing therapy
If you want to continue we would meet weekly on the same time and day for 50 mins or longer for couples.
I offer short or long term therapy, which you can end whenever you wish.

Fees
My fees for therapy range from £70-80 for individuals and £105-200 for couples.
These prices depend on time, length of session and location
